What qualifications do you hold?
I am a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher.
I have completed Somatic Movement training with Martha Peterson and Mediatation and Pranayama Modules with Marilyn Higgenbotham.

What should I wear?
Loose comfortable clothing. Layers are good so you can take off during the postures and put on for the relaxation.
What should I bring?
A mat and a blanket.
If you do not have a mat for your first session, please give me a call and I will reserve one of my spare mats for you.
What will I do in class?
We begin with gentle warm-ups then work through a series of traditional postures proven to poise your body and calm your mind. In order to make the session suitable for all abilities I always offer a range of movement and posture variations.
We will always end with a deep relaxation.

I am very stiff. Will I find it difficult?
Yoga is not competitive. It's all about knowing your own body and moving within your comfort zone. It's my job to help you find your way deeper into postures with awareness and confidence.
